Outlook Mac & Mobile

Microsoft's email and calendar apps for Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android. Over these years Outlook for Mac was rebuilt and made free to use without a subscription (March 2023), and Copilot arrived across the mobile apps.

I was a player-coach for Outlook on Mac and mobile, growing and leading a global team of 11 designers. We shipped the new Outlook for Mac, Copilot in Outlook and a rebuilt design system, alongside a steady run of fixes that removed everyday paper cuts. Outlook Mobile and Mac grew past 2x MAU at hundreds-of-millions scale. Later I moved to an IC role as Principal Product Design Leader, focused on cross-platform reading and Copilot features.
